Donna
Representing New Hampshire’s homeowners and future homeowners, Donna brings over 35 years of real estate expertise to the table. Her extensive experience spans all aspects of the market, including residential, land, multifamily, and commercial properties. As a property owner herself, Donna possesses everyday knowledge that directly benefits her clients, offering valuable insights and practical advice tailored to their needs.

When she's not assisting clients, Donna loves spending time with her granddaughter, fostering puppies, and enjoying the great outdoors—whether boating on New Hampshire’s lakes and oceans or relaxing on the beach. A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Donna briefly lived out of state during her service in the U.S. Coast Guard, but New Hampshire has always been her true home.
Melanie
Raised in Canterbury, New Hampshire, Melanie Paskavitch has always had a deep appreciation for her local community. After purchasing her first home in Northfield/Tilton in 2009, she decided to stay close to her roots. Melanie is married, has a young daughter, and enjoys spending time with her family, including her mom and two pups. She loves attending local events, going on road trips, and boating on New Hampshire lakes and the Atlantic.
Introduced to real estate at a young age by her mother, the broker/owner of Your Real Estate Company by Professionals, Melanie was actively involved in the real estate world from the age of three. Her early experiences attending showings and office meetings, coupled with her mother’s anecdotes about her childhood observations, fueled her passion for the industry. Melanie obtained her real estate license in 2013 and has been working alongside her mother ever since.
With an associate’s degree in interior design, Melanie has the expertise to assist sellers in listing and staging their homes and to help buyers set up their new spaces. Her strong work ethic and values, learned from her parents and family, are evident in her approach to real estate.
For over a decade, Melanie has chaired the Hospitality Committee and the Community Outreach Committee for her local board, working to unite the community and support local charities and students. Her ability to connect with people and engage in meaningful conversations has been a key factor in building her client base through referrals.

Katherine
Katherine is a lifelong New Hampshire resident with extensive personal and professional experience in real estate. She has called many places home, including Manchester, Nashua, Hooksett, Chichester, Concord, and Goffstown, and has lived in a range of properties, from manufactured homes to multifamily residences. She even collaborated with a builder to design her own house. Katherine’s connection to New Hampshire runs deep, with cherished summers spent on Lake Winnipesaukee in Gilford and Laconia, fueling her passion for helping others find their perfect home throughout the state.
As the daughter of a Navy veteran turned EMT/fireman, Katherine has a background rich in service and care, which she carries into her real estate practice. Her experience in the medical field taught her the importance of listening closely and providing clients with comprehensive, detailed information—ensuring they are never left wanting. Katherine’s dedication to her clients is evident as she guides them through each step of their real estate journey, understanding that the home-buying process is about building memories as much as it is about finding a house.

Active in her community, Katherine volunteers through the Capital Region Board of Realtors Community Outreach Committee, the Pinardville Lions Club, Lovers of the Chichester Library, and the Heritage Commission. She is a proud member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, New Hampshire Association of Realtors, and the Capital Region Board of Realtors.
Outside of real estate, Katherine and her dogs take full advantage of New Hampshire’s outdoor offerings, enjoying everything the beautiful state has to offer.

Lisa Stern is a proud New Hampshire native, having spent all but two years of her life in the Granite State.
